Public Transport
The Poche Centre is opposite the road to the Mater Hospital. They are on Rocklands Road about 100 metres from the intersection of the Pacific Highway.
It is centrally located between train services from North Sydney Station and St Leonard's Station and is approximately 5 minutes by car from the North Sydney business district and railway station.
Bus services running on Pacific Highway are frequent and stop only a short walk from the Hospital.
Driving
If driving parking is available undercover at the Poche Centre car park accessible off Rocklands Rd. Rates are $5 for 0-1 hr and $7.50 for 1-2 hrs. Take the lifts to Level 3 and turn left and then left again at the water cooler. Rooms are right down the end of the corridor.
Street parking is very difficult during business hours.

Driving
If driving, parking at Burwood can be at the Plaza shopping centre 50 metres on the opposite side of the road or paid parking building directly across the road. The train station is 200m up the rd towards Burwood Rd.
Please note the Sydney Spine Institute is opposite CentreLink and the even numbers across the rd are actually in the 50's, so it does not correspond if you are looking for No 3 where we are. No.s 2,4,6,8 etc are actually way up the road past the train station across the other side of Burwood Rd.
